How to translate web pages and forms (from Google)

Translate websites

  1. On your computer, go to Google Translate.
  2. In the text box, enter a URL.
  3. To choose the language you want to translate to, at the top right, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  4. On the right, click the URL that appears. The URL will open a new tab and the website will be translated.

Translate documents

You can translate documents up to 10MB in size and in any of these formats: .doc, .docx, .odf, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .ps, .rtf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx.

  1. On your computer, go to Google Translate.
  2. At the top left, click Documents.
  3. Click Browse your computer and find the file you want to translate.
  4. To choose the language you want to translate to, at the top right, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  5. Click Translate.

You can translate documents only on medium and large screens. Some original formatting could be lost after translation.
